Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained, mashed butternut squash
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; place in greased casserole.
    Place casserole in pan of water.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
