Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/3 c. finely diced celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    Crisco (for frying)
Preparation
    Brown chops in Crisco.
    Place in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Pour sauce and water over chops.
    Cover baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
