Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. cocoa
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream 1 1/2 cups sugar with margarine.
Stir in milk. Add flour, salt, baking powder, 4 tablespoons cocoa and pecans. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and 2/3 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
Mix vanilla in boiling water. Pour over batter.
Do not stir!
It is best to put pan in oven before pouring water over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
