Moist Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Stir ingredients and pour over melted margarine.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
