Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
Preparation

Place pork chops in 3-quart glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
Turn meat over during cooking.
Drain. Mix together potatoes, onions, cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Layer over pork chops.
Dot with butter and pour milk over top. Cover and microwave on Defrost for 45 to 60 minutes, giving dish 1/2 turn during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes.
