Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. dry milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. corn oil
1 can creamed corn
6 to 8 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix corn meal, flour, dry milk, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add eggs, warm water and corn oil. Add cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, onion and cheese. Cook at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 2 well-greased pans.
