Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. cabbage
    2 bell peppers, chopped fine
    2 celery stalks, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. white mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over grated cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
    Put chopped celery and pepper over and leave 20 minutes.
    Drain well. Mix vinegar, 2 cups water, sugar, mustard and celery seed; bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand until cool.
    Pack into containers (not full).
    Freeze. Delicious.
