Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients, only 1/2 at a time.
Mix all well together.
Bake in an 8 x 8-inch loaf pan in cold oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and cut; add Cool Whip to each piece.
