Mary'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast cakes
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed Irish potatoes
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. shortening
    flour (to make medium dough)
Preparation
    Put mashed potatoes into bowl; add shortening, sugar and scalded milk. When this mixture is tepid, add yeast which has been dissolved in the half cup of lukewarm water; add flour to make a medium stiff dough. Put this in the refrigerator to gradually rise until ready to make out the rolls.
