Refrigerator Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cukes, sliced thin with skin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 red or green sweet pepper, sliced thin
    2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Put cukes, onions, garlic and peppers in a bowl with cover. Place salt and celery on top; let stand, covered, one hour or more.
    Mix vinegar and sugar into cucumbers.
    Put in canning jars; lasts one month in fridge.
    Can be used in one hour.
