Easy Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    3 green onions with tops, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute vegetables and garlic in butter 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in oregano, salt and pepper.
    Yields 2 to 4 servings.
