Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 medium sweet onions
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Shred cabbage and chop onion. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and mix. Bring to a boil a mixture of the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, salt, vinegar and oil. Pour dressing over slaw while still hot. Cool and refrigerate.
