Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced apples

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 standard loaf pans. Combine sugar, eggs and oil; beat well.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together; add to mixture, then add apples. Pour into loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour.
