Hearty Salmon Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. salmon fillets
2/3 c. thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
lemon wedges
Preparation
-
Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12-inch pan.
Place fish on top of onions.
Combine remaining vegetables and spread over the top of fish.
