Gourmet Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. lean round beef, cut into cubes
    6 medium onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and brown meat.
    Add onions; lightly saute.
    Stir in salt, pepper, flour and paprika.
    Add wine, sour cream and tomato sauce, stirring to blend.
    Turn mixture into casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over boiled noodles.
    Serves 4.
