Tropical Fruit N' Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple, crushed in juice
    3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well, pressing out juice with back of spoon (1 1/4 cups).
    In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over reserved juice.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in honey, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Chill until firm.
