Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed.
Set aside.
Melt caramels, evaporated milk and butter.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Now add caramel mixture, chocolate chips on top of that, then pecans and top with rest of batter. Bake 20 minutes more.
