Honey Twist Yeast Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 cakes yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Pour hot milk over butter and sugar.
    Crumble yeast into lukewarm water.
    Cool milk to lukewarm, add yeast and well-beaten eggs.
    Beat in flour to make soft dough, then turn on floured board and knead until smooth.
    Form into ball and place in a greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
