Zesty Italian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix (Spatina)
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. sour cream
8 oz. can Pillsbury's crescent rolls
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation

Brown beef and onions; drain.
Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce.
Heat until hot.
Combine cheese and sour cream in bowl. Pour hot meat mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spoon sour cream and cheese mixture on top of meat and spread evenly.
Place flat crescent rolls on top of mixture.
Melt butter and pour over top of crescents.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
