Chili Meat Loaf With Green Pepper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped (do not drain) and 1/2 can water
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. oats
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 to 4 green bell peppers (depending on size), trimmed, seeded and cut into large pieces
Preparation

Mix in order given, except for green peppers.
Put into greased baking pan.
Press the large pieces of bell pepper into the mixture sideways so they will fit.
Cover pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until peppers are done.
