Chicken In Marinade(Japanese Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 oz. sherry
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    4 mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    6 to 8 chicken parts (skinless)
Preparation
    Marinate 6 to 8 chicken parts (recommend skinless) at least two hours, basting or turning pieces often.
    Bake chicken in the marinade for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
