Hot Shredded Meat Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 minced onions
    1 qt. water
    1 can (large) tomato juice
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredient for 5 to 7 hours.
    When meat is tender enough, shred it with a fork.
    Cook until liquid is thick.
    Serve over crusty sourdough rolls.
