Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 1/2 lb. chuck, cubed
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 c. carrots, cut in pieces
    1 to 2 c. celery, cut in fine pieces
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Potatoes can be added 2 hours before stew is done.
