Lemon Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large split chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. clarified butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown the chicken breasts in the clarified butter. Add the mushrooms and cook over low heat until mushrooms are tender and chicken is firm. Add the lemon juice and simmer for 30 seconds or more. Season with salt and pepper.
Put over cooked rice.
