Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat together until smooth and spread on cake.
Re-roll cake and chill.
(Oblong plastic container helps keep shape.)
Can also use two 8 x 8-inch pans and put filling in middle.
