Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 large apples
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add beaten egg and milk; beat until smooth.
Peel and core apples.
Slice into 4 equal slices. Dip each slice in batter and fry in deep fat at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot, sprinkled with 10x sugar.
