Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/4 c. all purpose biscuit mix
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls.
    Back 15 minutes on ungreased cooking sheet until golden brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
