Pasta Salad - Lu'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. coarsely chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 c. olive oil or salad oil
    1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro (parsley)
    1 1/2 c. dry pasta, cooked (about 3 c.)
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 or 3 finely chopped green onions
    1 small can sliced black olives
    2 average size Roma tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients.
    Using whisk or fork, gradually beat in oil until well combined.
