Ingredients

Ritz crackers
peanut butter
2 lb. white chocolate

Preparation

Melt white chocolate in double boiler.
Make peanut butter and crackers.
Drop peanut butter and crackers into the white chocolate until well coated.
Place onto wax paper.
Let cool. Makes great cookies.
