Salsa Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) jar Taco Bell thick 'n chunky salsa
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet. Drain. Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta. Stir until melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
