Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a greased casserole or 13 x 7-inch pan.
    Top with corn flakes or potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
    This is very good for a large family or could be divided and 1 casserole be frozen for later.
