Spaghetti Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large spaghetti squash
    2 small onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil
    squash
    whole in water until fork-tender.
    Remove from water
    and\tcut
    lengthwise
    when cool enough to handle; scoop out seeds and tough center fibers.
    Scoop out flesh with a fork
    or spoon; pull flesh apart.
    Drain and cool in colander.
    Combine onion,
    soup
    and
    sour cream. Stir in shredded carrot;
    fold
    in drained
    squash.
    Combine stuffing mix with butter or
    margarine. Spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of 9\tx
    13-inch
    baking dish.
    Spoon
    vegetable mixture on top. Cover with other half of stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
