Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

50 Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. soft vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Mix the first 2 ingredients like crust.
Pat in long cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool.
