Sicilian Chicken With Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. vinegar, white or wine
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried mint or 1/2 c. minced fresh mint
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. pitted green olives
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Mix vinegar, water, mint and garlic together and pour over chicken.
    Liquid should come only 1/3 or 1/2 the depth of the chicken.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Add olives to pan and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
