Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    minced onions
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded cheese
    2 pkg. wild rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook wild rice according to directions on package.
    Brown sausage with onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients. Place in 2 large or several small glass dishes.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
