Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. whipped cream cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
paprika to taste
Preparation

Prepare potatoes according to directions on package, omitting butter.
Add cream cheese and butter, stirring until combined. Stir in egg, green onions and parsley.
Spoon potatoes into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yields 4 servings.
