Scalloped Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 potatoes, boiled with peeling on, not quite done
6 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cube.
Cut ham.
Add onions to ham and potatoes.
Cream flour and butter and add to milk when it is warm. Boil until creamy, then add to ham, potatoes and onion.
Mix well.
Place in casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
