Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Do not cook the lasagna noodles. Brown beef, drain fat and add sauce. Cut 6 slices Mozzarella for topping.
    Shred remainder and mix with Ricotta, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Ladle 1/3 of meat sauce into bottom of baking dish.
    Add a layer of 1/3 of the noodles (uncooked) and a layer of 1/3 of the cheeses mixture. Repeat
    layers 2 more times and top with Mozzarella slices and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
