Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Knife in center should come out clean to test, if done.
