Nancy'S Irish German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium red potatoes
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    9 thick slices bacon
    1/3 c. each: cider vinegar, red wine vinegar and bacon drippings
    1 tsp. each: salt, coarse ground pepper, celery seed and prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry until crisp.
    Cut potatoes into 2 to 3-inch chunks and boil with skins on.
    Drain bacon and save the grease.
    Chop celery and onions.
    Combine both vinegars with bacon drippings; add salt, pepper, celery seed and prepared mustard.
    Stir together and simmer.
