Mexican Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. (light) sour cream
    1/3 c. hot (or mild) salsa
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 baked potatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion. Drain well.
    Stir in sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder and salt.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over hot baked potatoes.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
