Mushroom And Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. Beef Round Steak (cut 1/2 inch thick in strips)
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic (minced)
    1 Tbsp. beef flavored gravy base
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 lb sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
    1 or 2 large green peppers cut in strips
Preparation
    Coat beef strips in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In large skillet, brown meat. Add 1/4 cup Butter. Mix chopped onion, clove of garlic, gravy base, and water; add to meat. Stir. Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours, until meat is tender.
