Spinach Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. dried minced onions
    1 drop Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach; cool.
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Yields 13 full size sandwiches. These keep well in refrigerator 2 to 3 days if put in airtight container with barely damp paper towel.
    This recipe is one that is never left over at dinners.
