Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    honey
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk.
    Stir until mixture forms a ball.
    Roll out on lightly floured board to 1/8-inch.
    Cut in rectangles 1 x 3-inches.
    Gently fry in 1/2-inch hot oil, lightly pressing down until dough becomes firm.
    Turn and brown.
    Drain. Serve hot with honey.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
