Sunday Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 or 3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. paprika
2 or 3 tsp. onion powder
1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up or 16 pieces (your favorite)
cooking oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and milk.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture.
Shake a few pieces in bag and coat well.
In a skillet, heat 1/4-inch of oil to 350\u00b0.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Reduce heat and cook until done.
