Muesli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. skim dry milk
3/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/3 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. dried apples, chopped
1/2 c. apricots, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. currants
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
If used for back packing and hiking, only need to add water.
Add milk when used as cereal.
