Hot Butter Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Heat butter (real hot); add powdered sugar, stirring constantly.
    Add brown sugar.
    When lumps are all gone, add ice cream that has been cut into quarters.
    Stir until melted.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 3 quarts.
