Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples, peeled and chopped
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fill 5-quart crock-pot heaping full with finely chopped apples.
Drizzle sugar over top.
Sprinkle on spices and salt. Cover.
Lid will go down as they heat.
Begin cooking on high, then lower heat and cook all day until thick and dark.
Stir occasionally.
