Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. commercial sour cream
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
strawberry fans or slices

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in blender.
Process until smooth. Pour into chilled bowls.
Garnish.
Yields 3 1/2 cups.
