Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. lemon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can sliced apples, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place on low heat while making crust. Place mixture in crust.
    Weave lattice on top and brush with butter.
    Place foil collar on fluted edges until last 10 minutes of baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
